  • Buy products or spend a voucher as a registered user or guest (contract).  We can only provide the items ordered by you if you provide us with your personal data.  For the purpose of providing these services, we collect personal data about you such as your name, address, billing and delivery, e-mail address, telephone and mobile numbers.  We will use the information you provide for the purpose described in this privacy policy to which you agreed to at the time your data was obtained.  Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfilment.

  • If you place an order by phone and are sent a Paypal invoice.  We will collect your Paypal account email address.

  • If you complete any forms, such as a query.
  • We do not store credit/debit card numbers.  Our payments are processed via Paypal. 
  • We use your personal data to manage your user registration on Sujet de Vert website. This is your identification as a user of Sujet de Vert website and allows you access to features such as order placements and shopping lists.  Features available to registered users
  • If your correct or sufficient personal data is not collected during the order process, we will be unable to provide you with the products.

  • As long as you have an account, your personal data will be retained.  Order details, including your personal data, are kept on our e-commerce host site for up to 3 years for tax record purposes.  For legal requirements we may retain your information in any other case where we are required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud or cybercrime or to protect the website or the rights, property or personal safety of any person.
  • Your personal data will not be sold to a third party.  Your personal data will remain private and confidential.
  • Google analytic tools retain data for 365 days from the date the data was captured.  After 365 days the data will start on an automatic deletion process.
  • Our feedback tools, such as surveys, will retain data until they are manually removed by our administration team.  These will be stored fo a maximum of two years.
  • You may withdraw your consent at any time. 
  • Within a reasonable period of having obtained your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling an order, we may use the information to contact you about queries with regards to payments, your order or to deal with complaints.  We will not send you unsolicited emails.
